I, the artist, maintain the copyright and ownership of the commission and work in progress (sketches, drafts, timelapse). This includes my ability to use the final commission and works in progress for self-promotion, display on websites, portfolios, and social media.

All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create the project, remain the property of the artist.

I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. You, the client, are subject to the Terms of Service at the time of placing the commission order. Please read through the terms carefully before placing your order.

I reserve the right to decline your request for any reason, stated or otherwise.

You, the client, must be 18 years old or older to place a commission order.

You maintain the rights of any characters and designs provided.

Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial works, please contact me and we can discuss additional fees before starting the commission.

You may display your commission on social media. You must accurately identify me as the creator and artist with a credit by tagging me or providing a link to my profile. You may crop or resize the artwork for use on social media.

If uploading your commission to any social media I ask you post the watermarked version of the artwork.

Do not trace, edit, or resell the commission. Do not claim you or another person created the artwork. Do not make a profit from the commission unless usage rights are discussed beforehand.

Do not use the work in progress I provide to commission other artists.

You are not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for any of the following: Generative AI (artificial intelligence) technology or tools, ML (machine learning) technology or tools, NFTs ( non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, blockchain-related technology, or any future inventions in these spaces.

I will draw:

Original Characters (OCs), fanart, humanoid characters with animal/fantasy attributes (horns, tails, animal ears…)

Slight NSFW (revealing clothing, mild blood and gore…)

Couples of any dynamic

I will not draw:

Realism, furries, animals or heavily animalistic/creature characters

Underage characters or characters who look underage

Mecha or heavily detailed armor

Real people who cannot consent

LGBTQIA+ friendly! If you are unsure if I will take your request, please don’t be afraid to ask! I am willing to be flexible in certain situations.

Please provide at least one, high-quality reference image per character request. Images should be in full color when possible. Heavily detailed characters may be subject to simplification. No AI references please!

Prices and payments are in USD.

Private commissions (hidden on public sites) will incur an additional 50% of the final price.

Prices displayed are the base prices and may not reflect the final price for a particular commission. Prices may vary based on complexity of request, or additional factors such as a rush fee. If additional fees are needed I will update you before starting or continuing your commission.

Once I accept your commission, I will begin working on your artwork only after I have received payment.

Two payment methods are currently available: Full payment made upfront before the start of the commission. 50% of total commission cost upfront. 50% after the approval of the sketching phase.

You may cancel your commission request at any time by sending me an email. You will receive a refund according to the guidelines below:

A full refund is defined as the net amount I received at the time of the cancellation request after any translation fees are deducted. If I have not started the commission or am in the very early planning stage, you will receive a full refund.

A partial refund is defined as 50% of the total commission price after any translation fees are deducted. You will receive a partial refund If I am no farther than the sketching stage.

If I’ve completed or made significant progress on your commission at the time of cancellation no refund will be available at the time of cancellation.

No refund will be issued after the delivery of the final artwork. Please make revision requests during earlier stages to ensure full satisfaction with your final artwork.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission request at any time should I encounter any problems or personal issues. Should the cancellation come from my end you will receive a partial refund at minimum.

If you are found to be in breach of any of my Terms of Service, you forfeit your right to a refund.

You agree to the above refund terms when placing your commission. You will not issue chargebacks, and the refund policy will be followed. Please contact me first to resolve any issues you may have!

Commissions will be completed between an estimated 2 weeks - 2 months. Once I have started your commission, I will place you on the Commission List with an estimated deadline. You can check the Commission List for updates and announcements. Please keep an eye on your inbox. If you take more than 5 business days to answer my updates, I may have to bump your commission down on my queue or cancel your request if I cannot reliably get in contact with you.

If I need to extend the deadline beyond the given timeline, I will give you advance notice as soon as possible.

If you have a specific deadline, please let me know ahead of time. I will let you know before starting the commission if your requested deadline is feasible and any additional rush fees.

My commission progress is divided into different stages depending on the commission type. I will send you periodic updates throughout the process of your commission. You are always welcome to check in with the commission progress. I will always send you a WIP after completing the sketch of your commission. Please be mindful during this stage: this is the best stage to make revisions.

When I feel I have completed your commission, a low-resolution image will be sent to you for your final approval. Once you approve, I will send you your final artwork.

You receive 2 complimentary rounds of revisions in the sketch stage. Each round of revision can have multiple changes, so please be mindful and check over your artwork to ensure you have caught any necessary changes. After the sketch has been approved only minor changes (color adjustments, ect…) may be requested.

You may not request a change in character after I have already begun.

Major changes and revisions outside the scope of the initial commission request that result in a complete redraw of a sketch or artwork may be subject to additional fees.

Certain commission types (YCH, Surprise me…) may have revision restrictions.

Final artwork will be sent via email or Google Drive link.

A watermarked and unwatermarked artwork version.

No working files will be provided at this time (.procreate, .csp)
